Meet the Founder, Visionary, CEO, Everyone's mom , etc...

Capriece Piper

I am a wife, a mother of seven, and a longtime advocate for at-risk and underprivileged girls of color. In 2015, I founded Divine Inspirations Inc. in my mother-in-law’s living room with very few resources and little money. However, I had a heart filled with a passion for the arts and a strong memory of wanting to participate in dance and arts programs as a young child but not having access to those opportunities.

My personal goal is to build a community of experienced teachers, coaches, and mentors who support the vision of building a legacy in the arts for young girls of color. I am dedicated to shaping and molding young minds, cultivating their passion for the arts, and, most importantly, instilling a sense of self-worth and confidence. I firmly believe that in order for a child to be successful in life, we must focus on the total child – including their mind, body, and spirit. I am walking in my purpose, paying it forward to better the lives of girls everywhere!
